Use the controls at the top of the dashboard to filter, sort, and slice all records across all views simultaneously. Changing any control instantly triggers a debounced update that re-renders all charts and lists for whichever active tab you are currently viewing:
đ Search SKU or Title:
Filters all tabs by a specific SKU, product title, storefront name, or order number. Restores clean focus to targeted files.
âī¸ Advanced Filters Toggle:
Toggles the collapsible advanced controls drawer. The button features a chevron arrow indicator (âŧ) that rotates 180 degrees (â˛) when active, indicating that filters can be toggled to expand or collapse.
đ
Date Range (Advanced Filters drawer):
Restricts every tab to shipments whose ship date falls inside the range. Both ends are inclusive, and dates are read in your own timezone. Shipments with no usable date are excluded whenever a range is set. Leave both boxes empty for all time.
đĒ Storefront (Advanced Filters drawer):
Limits the dashboard to one sales channel â Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and so on. The list is built from the storefronts actually present in your files.
âī¸ Sort Cards By:
Orders the SKU cards and both CSV exports: SKU alphabetical, highest or lowest average cost, most shipments (default), or highest exception rate.
đēī¸ State filter:
Set by clicking a state on the hexagon map in Logistics & Transit, not by a dropdown. Once active it applies to every tab and shows as a badge near the filters; click Clear on the badge, or the same state again, to remove it.
Clear Filters:
Resets the date range and storefront only. The search box, order type, exception filter, service, and state filter are cleared individually.
đ Order Type:
- All Orders (Excluding Mixed SKUs) â the default. Label costs are split proportionally across the items in a box, but orders containing more than one distinct SKU are left out entirely so a shared label cannot skew any single product's average.
- Single-Item Orders Only â only orders of one unit of one SKU. The cleanest read on what a product actually costs to ship on its own.
- All Orders (Including Mixed SKUs) â brings multi-SKU orders back in. Totals become complete, but per-SKU averages carry an allocated share of a shared label rather than a real standalone rate. Use this for company-wide totals, not for judging one product.
This single control causes the largest swings on the dashboard. If a figure looks unexpectedly high or low, check this setting first.
đ¨ Exception Filter:
Isolate or exclude voided labels, customer reshipments, and downgraded expedited/2-day shipments so they do not artificially distort standard shipping averages. Can be configured to show reshipments, voids, or downgrades exclusively.
đĻ Min Shipments:
Filters out low-volume SKUs from the main grid cards and margins ledger.
đ Service Used:
Isolates statistics to a specific mail class/carrier service (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground). Applied globally across all dashboards (Margins, Exceptions, Rating Errors, Optimizer Swap, Residential Surcharges, and Packaging).
Exclude Expedited Checkbox:
Removes express, 2-day, or overnight services to keep baseline ground cost statistics clean.
